Customized Apparel

Perform complete artwork customization for the cut & sew garment(s) of your choice. Our design team will work with you to create unique artwork for your custom apparel. You may also provide artwork, images, or logos to integrate into the design. This option is great for small groups, organizations, sports teams, and more.

This option requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 12 units of identical garment style, and retail prices apply. Graphic design time (up to 2 hours) and 2 revisions after initial design are included with this service. When necessary, a color swatch library will be provided for reference during customer color selection or for customer reference while creating supplied artwork.

Graphic design time (up to 4 hours) and 2 revisions after initial design are included with this service. When necessary, a color swatch library will be provided for reference during customer color selection or for customer reference while creating supplied artwork.

Bulk Textile Production

We provide textile printing services for enthusiasts, makers, businesses, and anyone looking for a custom fabric design not available in stores or online. Custom artwork can be applied to several on-hand textiles stocked by Full Bleed Graphics. Customization of non-standard textiles will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You may provide artwork or collaborate with our design team to create unique artwork for your custom application.

This option requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 linear yards. Price per linear yard for only the printing and dye sublimation transfer service is listed below. Cost of textile is not included in these prices, since we offer a wide range of options with highly variable per yard price points.

Contract sewing

We have a fully capable sewing room onsite and ready to receive your cut & sew manufacturing orders. The following is a basic list of our sewing equipment:

  • Overlock (serger) - 2 needle, 4-thread

  • Coverstitch - 3 needle, 5-thread

  • Lockstitch - single needle, 2-thread

  • Merrow Activeseam

  • Flatlock - 4 needle, 6-thread

  • Programmable Bartack
